These terms govern your use of veteranpropertynetwork.com, operated by Veteran Property Network ("VPN," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. 2. What VPN is — and is not

Veteran Property Network is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not make credit decisions or set rates. Referral arrangements with participating lenders are structured as advertising and marketing and are intended to comply with applicable law, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) where it applies to settlement-service providers. Any application, credit, or closing fees are charged by the lender. We are also not an insurer, law firm, tax advisor, or licensed real estate brokerage, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Veteran Property Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any government agency. Assuming a VA, FHA, or USDA loan is always subject to lender and agency approval, and assuming a loan does not require military service.

3. Fair Housing

All housing advertised on this site is subject to the Fair Housing Act. We do not permit, and will remove, listings or content that discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law. Military-community features on this site (like base proximity and PCS tools) describe location and logistics — every listing is open to every lawful renter or buyer. 4. Accounts

You need an account for some features (like listing a property or saving homes across devices). Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, give us accurate information, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.

5. Listings and other content you submit

When you submit a listing or other content, you promise it's accurate, that you have the right to offer the property, and that it complies with these terms and the law. Our team reviews listings for accuracy and Fair Housing compliance before they publish, but a review is not a guarantee — hosts remain responsible for their listings, and buyers and renters should verify everything important themselves.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to host, display, and promote it on and for the service so the marketplace can work. [ATTORNEY: define the exact scope, duration, and revocability of this content license.]

6. Calculators, rates, and estimates

They are not an offer or commitment to lend, and they are not advice. Confirm the numbers that matter with a licensed professional — the lender, your finance office, or your own advisors.

7. Service partners and referrals

Partners you connect with through VPN — lenders, agents, insurers, managers, and others — are independent businesses, not our agents or employees. They set their own terms, pricing, and decisions, and your relationship with them is directly with them. Partners pay us for referrals and advertising placement; browsing and listing on VPN is free for the military community. You are never required to use a partner we introduce.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes: no unlawful or discriminatory listings or messages; no false or misleading submissions; no attempts to break, overload, probe, or bypass security; no scraping or bulk-harvesting of listings or user data; no spam through our forms; and no using the service to infringe anyone's rights.

9. Our content

The VPN name, logo, site design, and the content we create are ours. You may use the site for its intended purpose, but don't copy, resell, or republish our content or branding without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate, secure, and available, but we can't promise a site free of errors, interruptions, or third-party mistakes, and we aren't a party to transactions between you and hosts or partners.
